Meet Our Team
Meet Marc, city slicker turned country, who traded skyscrapers for starlit skies and city chaos for the peacefulness of Horsefly life.
Originally from Greater Vancouver, Marc’s journey to Horsefly reads like a chapter from a novel. Or maybe a short story. After spending his college years soaking up the sun on the beaches of Southern California (and possibly perfecting his tan more than his surfing skills), Marc returned home to work in the vibrant Vancouver tech scene.
It didn’t take long to realize Vancouver wasn’t home anymore so Marc and his wife Shannon decided to go on adventure and plant their boots firmly in the Cariboo soil. Over the years, Marc and Shannon made Horsefly home, swapping traffic jams for tractor rides. Together Marc and Shannon raise two rambunctious boys, dogs, chickens, and even a few cows – because what’s a Cariboo homestead without a little moo-sic?
